Thanks for choosing Black Buck for your marketing and design needs. This agreement explains the rules of the road for working together. After signing up or clicking "Confirm Contract," you're saying you've read and agreed to these terms.

What We Do

Black Buck is a UAE based agency that offers a wide range of services to help your business shine online. This includes web development, app development, logo design, UI UX, branding, and more.

Purchase agreement

• Authorization: You're giving Black Buck the go-ahead to design and set up your marketing campaigns. This might involve giving us access to your existing accounts for things like website management and social media.
• Links: You're responsible for making sure any links you provide for your campaigns are approved for use. Black Buck won't be held liable for any issues that arise from unapproved links.
• Graphics & Media: Black Buck can create graphics, audio, and video elements you need for your campaigns. This includes things like photos, videos, and music. You might need to pay extra for stock photos or videos, but we'll be clear about any additional costs.
• Text & Files: When you provide text or files for your campaigns, please make sure they're in a common format like Microsoft Word or .pdf. If we need to convert something for you, there might be a charge.
• Extra Requests: If you want something extra done for your website or marketing materials, we'll be happy to help, but there might be an additional charge based on the complexity of the work.

Payments

• Upfront Payments: In most cases, you'll need to pay for Black Buck's services upfront and in full before we get started. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
• Monthly Services: For ongoing services like website maintenance or SEO, you'll pay a monthly fee. We require payment in advance, and there may be late fees if your payment is delayed.

Changes to Your Project

Black Buck is happy to work with you to get your marketing materials just right. However, if you want to make significant changes to a project after we've already started working on it, there might be an additional charge. This includes things like completely redesigning your website or changing your social media ad strategy.

Copyrights & Trademarks

You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to use any text, graphics, photos, or other creative elements you provide to Black Buck. This means you either own them yourself or have permission from the owner to use them.

Working Together

We value a positive working relationship with our clients. We treat you with respect, and we expect the same in return. We won't tolerate abusive behavior towards our staff.

Liability

Black Buck won't be held liable for any damages caused by your website content or marketing materials. This includes things like copyright infringement or misleading information.

Ownership

Once you've made your final payment, you'll own the copyright to the finished design and development work created by Black Buck. This includes things like website design, graphics, and code.

Design Credit & Reviews

Black Buck can include a small credit line on your website acknowledging our design and development work. We might also ask you to provide a written review or testimonial about your experience with us. If you'd prefer not to do this, just let us know beforehand.

Confidentiality

Both Black Buck and you agree to keep any confidential information about each other's business practices private.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your project, you can do so within two weeks of purchase for a full refund. After that, Black Buck may keep a deposit to cover our time and expenses invested in your project so far.

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Black Buck and you for the services provided.

Revisions to These Terms

Black Buck reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. We'll post any changes directly on our website's terms and conditions.
